How do I care for my jewelry?

Avoid contact with sea water, swimming pool water, perfume, hydro-alcohol gel and solvents. Precious metal jewellery should be stored in a box as soon as it is not worn to protect it from light and moisture. You can clean them to restore their shine with washing-up liquid, soft water and a soft cloth.

Can my jewellery be repaired?

Of course, your jewelry can be returned to us for repair in our workshop in Paris. Contact us at contact@legionparis.com so that we can study together the procedure and the cost of the repair. It is advisable not to entrust LEGION Paris jewellery to another jeweller who may not recognise the method of manufacture or be experienced in this particular type of product.

My black silver jewelry has lost its blackness, what can I do?

Black silver evolves. Depending on how often you wear your jewellery and the acidity of your skin, the blackness will fade in some places, revealing the shine of untreated silver. If you don't like this natural evolution, we can easily restore its original oxidation. Please send it back to our workshop and we will oxidise it as if you had just bought it. However, you will have to pay the shipping costs and we will charge €15 for the new oxidation.

My black gold jewelry has lost its blackness, what can I do?

As black gold is a surface treatment, it will evolve and fade in certain areas revealing the brilliance of untreated white gold. If you don't like it, we can easily restore its original dark colour. Please send it back to our workshop and we will blacken it as if you had just bought it. However, you will have to pay for the shipping and we will charge a €90 fee for the new black rhodium treatment. We strongly recommend that you avoid sea water and swimming pools with black gold jewelry.

What kind of guarantee do you offer or what if problems arise later?

We guarantee your jewellery for one year from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers any damage for which LEGION Paris is responsible but does not cover damage caused by the customer (shock, deformation, exposure to chemicals, etc.). However, we can repair it anyway. In any case, if you have a problem, you should not entrust your LEGION Paris jewellery to another jeweller who may not know the secrets of manufacture and could damage it when attempting to repair it.

What is the quality of the diamonds set in LEGION Paris jewellery?

The diamonds we set are at least HSI quality (H colour, SI clarity). This means that they are white, well-cut and well-proportioned stones with small inclusions that are invisible to the naked eye and do not affect the colour of the stone. They come from one of the most famous diamond dealers in Antwerp, Belgium and are guaranteed "conflict free". You will always receive a GIA certificate with your diamond if it weighs more than 0,30 carat.
